Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement & review the total reward strategy to ensure alignment with market practices while maintaining its internal equity and competitiveness
  • Conduct total rewards survey & benchmark through regular market trends
  • Prepares the total rewards strategy, increment, bonus, and new benefits introduction, so that its process is executed within the agreed timeline
  • Provide total reward analytics for management review & decision
  • Handle & review payroll & benefit claims process to ensure all proper check and recheck
  • Provide Salary Proposal to the new hire based on agreed rules by the company align with the Company’s salary ranges and availability of budget in each Function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Min 5 years as Compensation & Benefit/Reward Supervisor
  • Experience from consultants specialized in total rewards is a plus
  • Having good knowledge of total rewards concepts, trends & strong data analytic skills
  • Has a strong and mature personality, with a high integrity level
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
