Nawakara is a company that cares prioritizes the development of employee’s competence. Therefore, to improve employee performance, we have prepared a competency-based development program. We are also designing special programs for high potential talents, emerging leaders, and many others.
In the concept of Human Capital, we prepared training that supports the capabilities of employees to work correctly and appropriately-trying to increase every supportive skill effectively.
Currently, Nawakara has not conducted a comparative study on the training program. However, we have conducted studies related to other companies’ training pieces, especially for mandatory training.
Almost all employees responded well to the development programs prepared. Most felt this activity was beneficial, and participation in the activities carried out was relatively high.
“Apart from being top-down, we are open to ideas from employees regarding the training. Of course, keeping in mind the needs of companies and employees for training proposals,” said Edy Gustian, Human Capital Division Head, Nawakara.
