South Tangerang – Opening 2021, the Nawakara Training Center held the 43rd Gada Pratama Training at Padepokan Rajawali Nawakara, Bintaro, South Tangerang, Tuesday (9/2). The training was attended and opened by the Head of Binsatpam Sub-Directorate Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Djadjang Hasan Basri. Forty-nine participants participated in the training, 17 participants from Nawakara internal personnel, 20 participants from P1 Force personnel, and 12 participants from company personnel outside Nawakara.
In his speech, AKBP Djadjang Hasan Basri said that participants are expected to follow and implement what instructors say in organising basic security guards training. It helps participants becoming professional, proportional, good personality and law-abiding security guards.
“There are several things that must be considered during this Gada Pratama training. Firstly, following the instruction alongside education and training. Secondly, built a disciplined attitude and professional ethics for each member, and last but not least, paying attention and following health protocols,” explained AKBP Djadjang Hasan Basri.
Nawakara’s Training Centre Department Head, Sutan Syaiful Haq, said that the instructor would deliver many modules at this training. Including work ethic, discipline, hospitality, interpersonal skills, HSE, and other related modules. It is hoped that the modules provided will shape attitudes, mentality and improve the personnel’s competence as needed.
“The existence of a security guard has become an integral part of the process of business security, investment and business continuity planning. That’s why all security personnel requires to be professional. Each must have security knowledge, behaviour and qualified expertise in carrying out their duties in their respective work environments,” said Sutan.
