This annual initiative reflects PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara’s ongoing commitment to the spirit of solidarity, especially in this third year since the easing of the COVID-19 pandemic. In collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Jakarta, the event welcomed not only Nawakara employees but also members of the surrounding community.

A target of 100 blood bags was set. But beyond the number lies a greater spirit. Not every participant was able to donate due to medical reasons, but when it came to enthusiasm, no one fell short. Starting from 8:00 AM, participants arrived steadily, queued in an orderly fashion, and supported one another with encouraging smiles.

“Blood donation isn’t just about helping those in need,” said Chiquita Hindarto, Head of Corporate Secretary at Nawakara. “It’s also about fostering a culture of empathy and care in the workplace. We hope this event continues as a regular agenda that inspires more people to give back.”

Behind the scenes, the PMI team and Nawakara’s internal committee worked hand-in-hand to ensure the event’s success. They not only provided a comfortable facility but also ensured that every step followed strict medical standards and safety protocols.

The year 2025 carries a deeper meaning. It marks three years since the world began its recovery from the global pandemic, and this event stands as a symbol that solidarity knows no time limit.
