The awards were presented directly by President Director &#038; CEO, <strong data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"421\">Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto<\/strong>, at Nawakara Head Office on Saturday (9\/11\/2025).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"747\">This year\u2019s awards were especially meaningful, as the selection process was conducted personally by the President Director &#038; CEO, using objective assessments based on performance, dedication, impact of contribution, and exemplary behavior aligned with the company\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"870\">Awards were presented across five categories.<br data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"797\" \/>In the <strong data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"837\">Customer Value Champion Award<\/strong> category, the recipients were:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"1222\">\n<li data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"937\">\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"937\"><strong data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"883\">Hendra<\/strong> from Project Baker Hughes Indonesia Comrel Service,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"991\">\n<p data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"991\"><strong data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"959\">Bandung Nugroho<\/strong> from Project ITA Site Malaka,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1066\">\n<p data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1066\"><strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1019\">Andreas Magang Perang<\/strong> from Project Freeport Mining Site Papua, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1222\">\n<p data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1222\"><strong data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1084\">Timor Ranto<\/strong> from Project SMGP Security Service,<br data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1123\" \/>for their strong commitment to delivering excellent service and creating added value for customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1525\">In the <strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1273\">Collaborative Service Excellence Award<\/strong> category, awards were presented to <strong data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1324\">Edi Susanto<\/strong>, General Manager Office Jakarta, and <strong data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1377\">Ade Priatna<\/strong>, Project Leader PLN-UPT Plant Cilegon, for demonstrating exceptional collaboration and service integration that enhances operational effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1935\">The <strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1565\">Creative Growth Achiever Award<\/strong> was given to <strong data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1600\">Adithya Wicaksana<\/strong>, Sales West \u2013 Account Management, for displaying creativity and contributing to the company\u2019s business growth.<br data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1714\" \/>Meanwhile, the <strong data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1756\">Fortress Firewall Award<\/strong> was presented to <strong data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1800\">Valentinus Alfa Dionny<\/strong>, IT Operation Department Head, for ensuring the security, resilience, and reliability of the company\u2019s information technology systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"2152\">The final category, <strong data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1990\">Inspiring Change Leader Award<\/strong>, was awarded to <strong data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2020\">Ermansyah<\/strong>, Chief Operation Officer, in recognition of his transformative leadership that inspires and drives positive change within Nawakara.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2325\">In his speech, President Director &#038; CEO Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto expressed deep appreciation to the award recipients and delivered an inspiring message to all employees.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2792\">\u201cThis award is not just a form of appreciation, but a reflection of the dedication, integrity, and real contributions that have helped Nawakara continue to grow. This year, I personally selected the award recipients to ensure that the values of exemplary leadership truly resonate and inspire all Nawakara employees. May this achievement ignite our collective spirit to continue creating, innovating, and giving our best for the company and our customers,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2928\">Meanwhile, <strong data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2818\">Ermansyah<\/strong>, recipient of the Inspiring Change Leader Award, also conveyed his gratitude and shared an inspiring message.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"3241\">\u201cI dedicate this award to the entire team and the big Nawakara family. Inspiring leadership does not stand alone\u2014it grows from collaboration, sincerity, and the courage to change.
