Through a digital patrol application, every field officer can report situations in real time, complete with photo or video evidence, while ensuring compliance with designated patrol routes.<\/p>\n
For critical situations, Satria explained, the system is equipped with an SOS Button that enables officers to request immediate assistance, triggering a rapid response from the command center. This monitoring capability is further enhanced through seamless integration with thousands of clients\u2019 essential devices such as CCTV, access control systems, GPS tracking, and alarm sensors. \u201cAll recorded information and incidents are then processed into an analytical dashboard, giving clients transparent access to risk trend data and operational performance to support strategic decision-making,\u201d Satria added.<\/p>\n
With more than 10,000 active personnel across 354 project locations\u2014including vital sectors such as oil and gas, logistics, public transportation, and finance\u2014this digitalization effort is key to maintaining service standards and response speed across Indonesia. \u201cWe believe that security is the foundation of business continuity.
