Samarinda \u2013 PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara) has once again achieved a positive milestone in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). On Friday, January 30, 2026, the company received the \u201cZero Accident 2025\u201d Award Certificate<\/strong> in recognition of its contribution to maintaining and ensuring the implementation of OHS at the BUMA IBP Project throughout 2025.<\/p>\n

The award was officially presented during an OHS Committee meeting held at Fugo Hotel, Samarinda City. The event served as both an evaluation forum and an appreciation moment for all parties who actively contributed to creating a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment.<\/p>\n

The \u201cZero Accident 2025\u201d<\/strong> certificate was granted as an acknowledgment of Nawakara\u2019s commitment and contribution to supporting the implementation of the OHS system at the BUMA IBP Project. Throughout 2025, Nawakara was assessed as having carried out its security duties professionally, consistently, and in compliance with established safety standards, earning a \u201cGood\u201d<\/strong> performance rating from the client.<\/p>\n

The award was presented directly by Andi Perdian Puttanto<\/strong>, Project Manager of BUMA Site IBP. In his statement, he expressed appreciation for Nawakara\u2019s performance.
\u201cWe present the Zero Accident 2025 Award as a form of appreciation for PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara\u2019s contribution and active role in maintaining and ensuring the implementation of OHS, particularly in the field of security. He also added that strong synergy between project management, the security team, and all workers was a key factor in achieving the zero workplace accident target throughout 2025.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Abdul Wahab<\/strong>, General Manager of the Balikpapan Regional Office, expressed his gratitude and pride for the award received. According to him, this achievement is the result of the collective efforts of all personnel assigned to the BUMA IBP Project.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis Zero Accident Award is tangible proof of our commitment to making OHS a top priority. We believe that workplace safety is not merely an obligation, but a culture that must be consistently implemented by all personnel in the field,\u201d Wahab stated.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Abdul Wahab emphasized that Nawakara will continue to enhance the quality of security services and OHS implementation across all work areas.
