Jakarta<\/strong> \u2013 PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara) has once again demonstrated its commitment to animal welfare through the donation of five K-9 dogs to Pejaten Animal Shelter. The handover ceremony, held at Padepokan Rajawali Nawakara in Bintaro, South Tangerang, on Saturday (June 6), was marked by the signing of an official Animal Donation Handover Report by both parties, signifying the formal transfer of responsibility for the care and management of the animals.<\/p>\n

During the handover process, Nawakara was represented by Jimi Okta Putra, Leader of Operations of Nawakara Jakarta Regional Office, while Pejaten Animal Shelter was represented by Tri Suprihatin. All five donated dogs were in good health and condition and had met the necessary requirements for transfer to the recipient organization. With the signing of the handover document, responsibility for the care, management, and utilization of the animals was officially transferred to Pejaten Animal Shelter.<\/p>\n

Jimi Okta Putra stated that this initiative is part of the company’s responsibility to ensure the welfare of K-9 animals that have long played an important role in supporting the company’s operations. According to him, after reaching retirement, these animals still deserve a safe environment, proper care, and ongoing attention.<\/p>\n

“The K-9 dogs have made significant contributions in supporting various security operations. Through this donation, we want to ensure that they continue to enjoy a good quality of life in an environment capable of providing optimal care and attention. We believe that Pejaten Animal Shelter has the capacity and dedication to responsibly continue the care and management of these animals,” said Jimi.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Tri Suprihatin expressed appreciation for the trust placed in Pejaten Animal Shelter by Nawakara. She emphasized that the shelter is committed to providing the best possible care for all animals received, ensuring that they remain healthy, comfortable, and able to live fulfilling lives.<\/p>\n

“We sincerely appreciate the trust given to us by Nawakara. For us, every animal has the right to protection and proper welfare. We are committed to caring for and managing these five dogs professionally so that they can enjoy healthy, safe, and well-cared-for lives,” said Tri.<\/p>\n

This donation reflects a tangible example of collaboration between the private sector and animal welfare organizations in promoting responsible animal management. Through this partnership, Nawakara hopes not only to benefit the donated animals but also to encourage greater public awareness of the importance of animal protection and welfare in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
