Nuruli Khaliq, Consultation &#038; Training Division Head; and Panji Baskoro, Security Response Department Head, who attended as observers at the <strong>2nd Mission of Light Challenge<\/strong>, organized by Blue Sky Rescue (BSR) in Changde City, Hunan Province, China, on May 23\u201324, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The international event brought together rescue organizations, humanitarian volunteers, and emergency response professionals from various countries to exchange experiences, strengthen collaboration, and enhance competencies in search and rescue operations. This year, in addition to Indonesia, represented by Nawakara, other observer countries included Pakistan, Mauritius, Malaysia, and Portugal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Throughout the event, the Nawakara delegation participated in a series of activities, including rescue competitions and simulations, professional discussion forums, knowledge-sharing sessions on disaster management, as well as visits to Blue Sky Rescue\u2019s facilities and operational centers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Blue Sky Rescue is one of the largest non-profit rescue organizations in China, with more than 250,000 volunteers across the country. The organization is widely recognized for its active involvement in search and rescue missions, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and the development of professional rescue standards. In addition to its extensive network throughout China, Blue Sky Rescue also maintains representatives and partners in various countries worldwide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Participation in this event provided Nawakara with an opportunity to learn about international best practices and standards in rescue operations, volunteer management, and emergency preparedness.
