South Tangerang – PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara) held a celebration for the peak of the “26th Anniversary” at Padepokan Rajawali Nawakara, Pd. Karya, Pd. Aren, South Tangerang, Saturday (12\/11\/2022). Every year at the celebration of the Nawakara Anniversary, the best employees are given appreciation through the Nawakara Star Award.<\/p>\n

This year there are 20 candidates consisting of Head Office, Regional Office, and Project\/Site. The 20 candidates were nominated for the 2022 Nawakara Star Award who successfully passed the initial selection by the Human Capital team and then followed the final assessment by the C-Level ranks.<\/p>\n

President Director & CEO Nawakara, Ir. Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto, ICPS conveyed that the Nawakara Star Award\u00a0which was given was an effort to improve the performance and work quality of Nawakara employees. “The company has a standardized assessment of its employees, which is seen from the discipline, performance, attitude, and creativity of these employees who are assessed by company management,” he explained.<\/p>\n

After going through various assessments from the Human Capital team and the final assessment from the C-Level, 11 people with perfect scores were selected to receive the Nawakara Star Award 2022, as follows:<\/p>\n

  7. Rizki Kushadi, Project Star Energy Wayang Windu (RO Bandung)<\/li>\n
  8. Misroni, Project Saka Area Gresik (RO Surabaya)<\/li>\n
  9. Teguh Arifianto, Project EMP Bentu Field (RO Pekanbaru)<\/li>\n
