Jakarta \u2013 In an effort to enhance the performance and quality of work of its employees, PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara has a standardized assessment for its employees based on discipline, performance, attitude, and creativity, evaluated by the company’s management.<\/p>\n

Every year, Nawakara recognizes outstanding employees through the “Nawakara Star Award.” This year, during Nawakara’s 27th anniversary celebration, a total of 22 individuals were nominated for the Nawakara Star 2023 award, ranging from Manned Guarding, Staff Level, to Division Head. Only 7 individuals successfully secured the award with the highest scores.<\/p>\n
