Jakarta, May 7, 2025 – In celebration of National Education Day (Hardiknas) 2025, Nawakara organized a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative titled “Nawakara Gemilang – Gerakan Muda Indonesia Cemerlang”, held simultaneously across six regional offices from May 5 to 7, 2025.
This CSR activity focused on an educational outreach themed “Security, Safety, & Environment Awareness”, aimed at instilling values of responsibility, personal safety, and environmental care among children from an early age.
The activities were conducted at the following elementary schools across Indonesia:
SDN Harapan Jaya V, Bekasi – Jakarta-Bandung Regional Office
SDN Sukareka 105, Bandung – Jakarta-Bandung Regional Office
SD Inpres Mamajang III, Makassar – Makassar Regional Office
MI Al-Wathoniyah Pusat Putri, East Jakarta – Multisite Office
SDN Kaliasin 1, Surabaya – Surabaya Regional Office
SDN 011 Minas Barat, Pekanbaru – Pekanbaru Regional Office
During these sessions, students were introduced to the basics of personal safety, safe behavior at school and at home, and environmental cleanliness and conservation. The sessions were delivered using interactive and engaging methods tailored for young learners.
Chiquita Paramita Hindarto, Head of Corporate Secretary at Nawakara, stated that the initiative reflects the company’s concern for the future of Indonesia’s young generation.
“Through this CSR program, we aim to instill fundamental awareness of safety, security, and environmental responsibility in children from an early age. It’s a long-term investment in shaping a younger generation that is more aware, responsive, and responsible toward their surroundings,” said Chiquita.
She also emphasized that this initiative is not a one-off CSR activity. “We hope the Nawakara Gemilang program will continue sustainably and reach more schools across Indonesia. In the future, we plan to expand the scope of the content and involve more strategic partners to strengthen the social impact of this program,” she added.
With the spirit of commemorating National Education Day, Nawakara remains committed to contributing to the development of a bright, resilient, and environmentally-conscious generation of young Indonesians.
