Jambi – Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) WK Rokan, through its Management Security team together with the Project Management team of PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (NPN), carried out a joint activity at Mount Kerinci, Jambi, on Saturday–Sunday, 27–28 September 2025. This activity aimed to build a closer relationship between the two management teams as strategic partners.
By choosing an outdoor activity, the informal atmosphere successfully strengthened both personal and professional connections. Through physical challenges and teamwork during the climb, the activity encouraged mutual trust, improved cohesion, and opened space for strategic discussions outside the office routine.
Beyond strengthening collaboration, the activity also reflected the companies’ shared values and culture that emphasize togetherness, a spirit of adventure, and work–life balance.
“This activity is not just a mountain climb, but also a momentum to reinforce the synergy between PHR and Nawakara. We believe that togetherness outside the workplace can build stronger trust and collaboration to support the success of security operations in WK Rokan,” said Zulfikarnain Danie, Security Manager of the Rokan Zone.
