Jakarta – The 29th Anniversary Celebration of PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara took place with joy, warmth, and enthusiasm on Saturday (9/11/2025). Carrying the theme “From Legacy to Sustainable Future,” the moment served as a reflection of Nawakara’s nearly three-decade journey in delivering integrated security solutions, while reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainable growth alongside its people and the community.
By 6:00 AM, hundreds of Nawakara employees had gathered to join the opening activity: a 2.1 KM Fun Walk. Filled with laughter, energy, and camaraderie, participants—including Commissioners, Directors, and employees—walked together while enjoying the fresh morning atmosphere. This togetherness created a positive spirit and reflected the healthy lifestyle the company continues to promote.
After crossing the finish line to cheers and smiles, the event continued with the ceremonial session. President Director & CEO of Nawakara, Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto, expressed appreciation for the dedication of all Nawakara employees who have played an important role in the company’s journey as it enters its 29th year. In his remarks, Dino emphasized the importance of preserving the company’s values while continuing to innovate for the future.
“This 29th anniversary is a moment to celebrate the legacy that has been built, while preparing for a more sustainable future. I encourage all Nawakara employees to remain adaptive, innovative, and uphold integrity, because the future of this company lies in our hands,” he said.
As a symbol of gratitude for the company’s long journey and achievements, a tumpeng-cutting ceremony was led by Founder & Commissioner of Nawakara, Dra. Hj. Hanako Hindarto. The heartfelt moment was warmly welcomed by all attendees, serving as a reminder of the strong foundation established since Nawakara’s inception and the hope for an even brighter future.
An emotional moment followed as the company presented charity donations to Yayasan Nurul Iman, Cinere – Depok, reflecting Nawakara’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility as an integral part of its values.
As part of the 29th Anniversary celebration, Nawakara also presented the 2025 Best Employee Awards, recognizing individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance, strong dedication, and served as positive role models in the workplace. This recognition not only honored their contributions but also inspired all Nawakara employees to continue striving and growing with the company.
The festivities continued with a variety of dishes served by the Nawakara Culinary Community, with food and beverages prepared by employees adding a warm, family-like touch to the celebration. Excitement peaked during the door prize session, filling the venue with laughter and elevating the energy of the participants.
Closing the event, Konoha Band delivered an entertaining performance with upbeat and cheerful songs that invited everyone to sing along and enjoy the weekend with joy. The Chairperson of the 29th Anniversary Committee, Chiquita Paramita Hindarto, expressed her gratitude for the enthusiasm of the participants and the hard work of the committee in preparing the event.
