Nawakara Introduces Digital Command Center, Transforming Indonesia’s Security System

Jakarta – Responding to increasingly complex modern security challenges, PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara), one of Indonesia’s leading Security Service Providers (BUJP), today launched the Nawakara Command Center. This innovation serves as a digital command-and-control hub designed to deliver a more proactive, responsive, and measurable security system for corporate sectors, state-owned enterprises, and National Vital Objects.

Since its establishment in 1996, Nawakara has consistently adapted to technological advancements. The Nawakara Command Center stands as concrete proof of the company’s digital transformation, shifting from conventional security approaches to smart security management.

“Security today is no longer just about physical presence. We need a smarter approach — one that is data-driven and real-time,” said Satria Djaya Najamuddin, Deputy CEO & Transformation of PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara, at Nawakara’s Head Office on Tuesday (12/8/2025). Therefore, Satria added, the company developed the Nawakara Command Center as an integrated control hub capable of identifying risk patterns, responding to incidents faster, and providing transparent reporting to clients.

The Nawakara Command Center operates as an operational nerve center that oversees all security activities comprehensively. Through a digital patrol application, every field officer can report situations in real time, complete with photo or video evidence, while ensuring compliance with designated patrol routes.

For critical situations, Satria explained, the system is equipped with an SOS Button that enables officers to request immediate assistance, triggering a rapid response from the command center. This monitoring capability is further enhanced through seamless integration with thousands of clients’ essential devices such as CCTV, access control systems, GPS tracking, and alarm sensors. “All recorded information and incidents are then processed into an analytical dashboard, giving clients transparent access to risk trend data and operational performance to support strategic decision-making,” Satria added.

With more than 10,000 active personnel across 354 project locations—including vital sectors such as oil and gas, logistics, public transportation, and finance—this digitalization effort is key to maintaining service standards and response speed across Indonesia. “We believe that security is the foundation of business continuity. Through a digital approach via the Command Center, we are not only protecting assets but also safeguarding the trust and reputation of our clients,” Satria emphasized.

“This is our long-term vision to create a security ecosystem that is adaptive, relevant to the needs of modern businesses, and contributes to a safer Indonesia,” Satria concluded.
