Nawakara Responds to Modern Security Challenges with the Launch of Its Technology-Driven Integrated Security Ecosystem

Jakarta – Addressing the increasingly complex challenges of modern security, PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara), one of Indonesia’s leading Security Service Providers (BUJP), today launched the Nawakara Command Center. This innovation serves as a digital command and control hub designed to deliver a more proactive, responsive, and measurable security system for corporate sectors, state-owned enterprises, and National Vital Objects.

Since its establishment in 1996, Nawakara has consistently adapted to technological advancements. Responding to the growing complexity of corporate security threats—from risks to physical assets to disruptions in digital operations—PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara today officially introduced its Integrated Security Ecosystem. This strategic initiative, which aligns with more than 25 years of the company’s experience, is designed to transform conventional security approaches into a proactive, predictive, and data-driven defense system.

The launch comes at a time when Indonesia’s security market is expanding rapidly. Research by Mordor Intelligence projects that the domestic cybersecurity market will reach USD 1.35 billion by 2025, while the access control market is expected to surge to USD 720 million by 2033. These figures underscore that investment in modern security systems is no longer optional—it’s a strategic necessity to ensure business continuity.

“In an era where threats are no longer visible to the naked eye, relying solely on conventional guarding is no longer enough. We must stay one step ahead,” said Satria Djaya Najamuddin, Deputy CEO & Transformation of PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara, at Nawakara’s Head Office on Wednesday (10/9/2025).

“The Integrated Security Ecosystem we are launching is Nawakara’s answer. We don’t just provide personnel—we provide the digital ‘brain’ and ‘nervous system’ that coordinate all aspects of security, allowing our clients to stay focused on business growth.”

At the core of the ecosystem is the Nawakara Intelligent Command Center (NICC), a fully integrated operations hub operating 24/7. The NICC functions as a central node that connects all electronic security systems—CCTV, access control, and intruder detection—with personnel deployed in the field. Its real-time data processing capability enables the team to analyze risks and respond to potential incidents before they occur.

Another key innovation is the Digital Patrol System, which digitizes all patrol activities, creating transparent and accountable audit trails. Reports can be accessed by client management at any time, ensuring that all security procedures are executed to the highest standards.

Despite its strong focus on technology, Nawakara emphasizes that human resources remain the company’s primary backbone. More than 10,000 certified personnel deployed across Indonesia act as frontline executors, ensuring that technology works effectively on the ground.

“No matter how advanced the technology, it becomes meaningless without human professionalism. Our strength lies in the synergy between artificial intelligence and the wisdom of well-trained personnel,” Satria added. “Our mission is clear: to provide comprehensive protection (total security solutions) and ensure that every client achieves strong operational resilience to face future challenges,” he concluded.
