Jakarta – Today’s corporate security demands fast, measurable, and traceable responses. Although many organizations are already equipped with CCTV and security personnel, operational challenges still frequently arise, ranging from delayed reporting and incomplete incident evidence to suboptimal coordination and time-consuming verification processes. In response to these challenges, PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara) is strengthening its integrated security ecosystem by connecting Protectify, the Nawakara Command Center (NCC), and AI Analytics for CCTV to drive more proactive surveillance and accountable operations.
Through Protectify, all field patrol activities and reporting are digitized within a structured workflow. Security personnel can perform check-ins and check-outs, carry out digital patrol routes, and submit incident reports in real time via mobile devices equipped with photos, GPS location, and time stamps. All of this data is directly connected to the command center for monitoring and follow-up. Protectify is also equipped with the AI SmileCheck feature for biometric attendance validation, as well as geofencing to ensure presence and patrols are conducted within designated duty areas.
“We designed Protectify so that field activities are no longer assumption-based. Clients can transparently monitor personnel attendance, patrol execution, and incident reports, complete with clear evidence and time trails,” said Teguh Wibowo, Product Solutions Division Head of Nawakara, on Thursday (8 January 2026) at Nawakara Head Office.
As the coordination hub, the Nawakara Command Center (NCC) operates 24/7 to monitor signals from various security systems, coordinate digital patrols, and activate rapid responses when incidents occur. NCC monitors multiple triggers, such as panic buttons, motion sensors, smoke detectors, and door contacts, then verifies the situation before determining next steps, including coordination with rapid response units or relevant authorities if required.
“The Command Center is not merely a monitoring room, but a decision-making hub that ensures every potential risk is handled swiftly, follows a clear escalation flow, and is well documented,” Teguh explained.
This strengthened security ecosystem is further supported by the implementation of AI Analytics on CCTV, which is capable of analyzing video in real time and flagging activities that require operator attention. This technology includes features such as intrusion detection, people counting or crowd monitoring, object detection, and PPE detection to support occupational safety compliance in high-risk areas. The AI system is designed to be flexible and compatible with ONVIF-standard CCTV devices, allowing organizations to maximize their existing infrastructure.
“Our AI Analytics is designed to help security teams work more precisely. This technology does not replace human roles, but reduces noise and accelerates the verification process so responses can be carried out more accurately,” Teguh added.
Through this integrated security ecosystem, Nawakara reaffirms its commitment to delivering modern security solutions that focus not only on prevention, but also on response speed, data accuracy, and operational accountability for corporate clients across various sectors.
