Malang – Nawakara once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting law enforcement and maintaining workplace integrity by assisting the implementation of a Dawn Raid conducted by the Regional Police (Polda) at the BAT Artemis Singosari Site on Tuesday (28/10/2025).
The Dawn Raid was a sudden inspection carried out by the Polda investigation team as part of the search for individuals suspected of involvement in online gambling activities, who at the time were under police monitoring and investigation. This activity was conducted as part of law enforcement efforts in accordance with applicable regulations.
During the operation, the Shift Leader of BAT Project Prima Jaya Bangun (ID: 3519120560) acted as the internal representative who welcomed the arrival of the Polda team and facilitated the entire inspection process within the workplace. Effective coordination between the company’s internal team and law enforcement officers ensured that the activity was conducted safely, orderly, and in a conducive manner without disrupting company operations.
The General Manager of the Surabaya Regional Office, Kosim, stated that the company fully supports the law enforcement process carried out by authorized authorities. “We are committed to supporting every law enforcement process and ensuring a work environment that complies with applicable rules and regulations,” said Kosim.
Furthermore, management emphasized that synergy between the company and law enforcement agencies is an important element in creating a work environment that is built on integrity, safety, and professionalism.
Going forward, Nawakara will continue to strengthen its internal monitoring systems and increase legal compliance awareness among all personnel as a preventive measure to mitigate potential violations in the workplace.
