Anticipation and quick response to incidents are integral parts of crowd control management. Given that safety is the top priority, the preventive stage includes risk assessment and contingency planning for various emergency scenarios, from fire evacuation to riot handling.
The main aspects to note are mastering the venue and knowing the locations of emergency exits, medical facilities, fire stations, and others. The security team should also remind the promoter about stage layout and convenience for the artists. To prevent fires, it is crucial not to place generators near doors. P1 Force ensures that every security personnel is trained in emergency procedures and knows the actions to take to protect attendees and maintain order.
2. Strict guarding of entry access
Security risks like visitor management and crowd flow often cause disturbances. For managing entry and exit access to the event location, it is essential that each door is strictly guarded with thorough physical checks.
