Area Koordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Able to collaborate and coordinate with the COMPANY and Muspika as well as local communities
• Building a good network with Polda, Polres, Polsek, Kodim & Koramil
• Implement security standard operating procedures (SOP) and supervise their implementation
• Able to provide strong and relevant advice and security strategy plans for prospective clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school education
• Minimum 3 years experience in leading security services
• Maximum age 53 years
• Have good leadership and managerial skills
• Can operate computer devices with minimal Windows programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Email
• Have the ability and proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Have supervised a minimum of 200 security personnel
• Have a certificate:
  • Gada Utama and KTA Active
  • POP
  • General AK3 which is still active
  • ISPS Code/FPSO
  • Basic Sea Survival
  • Intel & Investigations
  • Have a training certificate related to HSE/Safety
  • Handak
  • Have TOEFL with min score 300
  • Computer / MS Office
  • SIM A & C are active
