Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Generate reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, commercial, operations, and other relevant teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the territory
  • Assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalating issues as necessary


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a B2B Key Account or Account Manager with a track record of achieving sales revenue of more than 10 billion Rupiah per month
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Strong network and relationships at the senior executive level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
