Security Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all security functions to support client business operations, protect assets, prevent risks, and provide security for all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, drive the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment programs, and achieve zero accidents
• Execute the entire scope of work & achieve key performance indicator targets
• Ensure implementation of service and operational excellence
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Visit clients for performance review, planning & operational excellence support
• Provide project performance reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Manager in any industry
• Minimum bachelor’s degree / D IV all majors
• Maximum 50 years old
• Gada Utama Certification
• Able to manage ≥300 Personnel
• Expert in security management systems, investigation, risk management & electronic security systems
• General OHS, POP, ISPS Code, and Investigation certifications are preferred
• Able to use Ms. Office: Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia
