Jakarta – PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara held a blood donation event “Nawakara Cares for Humanity” in collaboration with PMI Pusat Jakarta at the Nawakara Head Office on Monday, February 26, 2024. Since 8:00 in the morning, Nawakara personnel started arriving to fill out their data and wait for their turn to undergo health checks and donate blood.
Head of Corporate Secretary, Chiquita Paramita Hindarto, explained that today’s blood donation activity is a Corporate Social Responsibility program of Nawakara, which will be conducted regularly every three months in 2024.
“The purpose of this activity is to provide a social platform for Nawakara personnel who wish to contribute their blood to the community in need,” said Chiquita.
Seeing the enthusiasm of Nawakara personnel in this activity, Chiquita appreciated and thanked them for taking the time amidst their busy schedules to participate in the blood donation initiative “Nawakara Cares for Humanity”.
“The enthusiasm is excellent; since this morning, a total of 109 people have registered, both Nawakara personnel from the Head Office and subsidiaries. Of course, management highly appreciates and thanks everyone for their participation,” said Chiquita.
In 2024, Nawakara has scheduled “Nawakara Cares for Humanity” blood donation activities with PMI Pusat Jakarta in February, June, and October. Therefore, for Nawakara personnel who wish to participate again, stay tuned for further information.
