Facing the Rainy Season, Nawakara Deploys Flood Mitigation Solutions Powered by Route Intelligence and a 24/7 Command Center

Jakarta – Anticipating the start of the rainy season and the rising risk of flooding in strategic business areas, Nawakara, an integrated security solutions company, today announced its full preparedness for its comprehensive disaster mitigation services. The solution is specifically designed to ensure safe employee evacuation and the protection of vital assets, guaranteeing business continuity for clients amid emergency conditions.

This service combines advanced mapping technology, on-ground emergency response teams, and an integrated command center operating 24/7. “For us, the rainy season is not just about water accumulation—it is a critical operational challenge for our clients,” said Teguh Wibowo, Head of Product Solutions at Nawakara, at the company’s Head Office on Tuesday (18/11/2025).

“The biggest risks are twofold: the safety of employees trapped on their way to or from work, and the halting of business operations due to submerged assets. Our mitigation service is designed to address both worst-case scenarios swiftly and precisely,” he explained.

Teguh further noted that the Nawakara 24/7 Command Center acts as the brain of the entire operation. Once reports of potential flooding are detected, the team immediately activates the Route Intelligence System to map waterlogged areas and traffic conditions in real time. “We don’t just watch monitors—we analyze data to make rapid decisions. This system allows us to direct evacuation teams on the ground through the safest and fastest routes, avoiding roads that are cut off or completely gridlocked,” he explained.

On the ground, the emergency response team led by Nawakara’s Security Response Department Head, Panji Baskoro, is deployed with specialized equipment. “Every pickup is a mission,” Panji said.

“Our teams are fully prepared with high-clearance vehicles and inflatable boats. We are trained for complex evacuation scenarios—from determining safe assembly points and coordinating directly with the Command Center, to ensuring the safety of every individual,” he added.

Beyond personnel evacuation, Nawakara also focuses on Controlled Asset Protection. Once employees are confirmed safe, priorities shift to the company’s critical assets. Field teams install portable water barriers, help relocate essential equipment to higher ground, and secure property perimeters to minimize material loss.

The entire process—from the first report, to team movements, to field completion—is digitally documented through the Nawakara Protectify app. Clients can access full reports as part of service transparency and accountability.

“Every incident closes with an After Action Review. With more than a decade of experience in emergency handling, supported by technology and professional personnel, we stand not only as protectors but as strategic partners—ensuring our clients’ operations continue and that their most important people return home safely,” Teguh added.
