Nawakara Family Halal Bihalal: Strengthening Bonds and Reinforcing Corporate Values

Jakarta – In the warm atmosphere following Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara held the Nawakara Family Halal Bihalal event on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Nawakara Head Office. The event was attended by all Nawakara personnel, members of the Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors as a moment to strengthen relationships and reinforce togetherness within the company.

The event took place in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, providing an opportunity for employees to exchange forgiveness after observing the holy month of Ramadan and celebrating Eid al-Fitr. Beyond being an annual tradition, Halal Bihalal also serves as a platform to reinforce the company’s cultural values that guide collaboration and daily work.

In his remarks, President Director & CEO of Nawakara, Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto, stated that the Halal Bihalal moment is not merely a tradition, but also a time for reflection to strengthen the commitment of all Nawakara personnel to the company’s core values.

“This Halal Bihalal moment reminds us that Nawakara’s success is not determined solely by individual capability, but by the strength of togetherness. The values of Focus, Advance, Integrity, Teamwork, and Holistic must continue to guide every step and decision we make. With a strong culture and a spirit of mutual support, we can continue to move forward and deliver our best contributions to the company, our clients, and the wider community,” he said.

As part of the event series, this year’s Halal Bihalal also featured a Sharing Session titled “Mudik Stories”, providing employees with a platform to share their homecoming experiences during Eid. The session featured three speakers from different organizational units: Siti Rohima and Bayu Adjipamungkas representing staff members, and Chief Sales Officer Febian representing the Board of Directors.

Through their stories, the speakers shared meaningful experiences from their Eid homecoming journeys—ranging from travel challenges and memorable moments with family to the values of togetherness that can be brought back into the workplace. The session was warmly received by participants, offering stories that were heartfelt, inspiring, and entertaining.

Towards the end of the event, all participants joined a group photo session to capture the togetherness of the Nawakara family in the spirit of Eid. The program then continued with a greeting and handshake session, symbolizing mutual forgiveness and strengthening the sense of family within the organization.

Through this Halal Bihalal event, Nawakara hopes that the spirit of togetherness and the company’s cultural values will continue to thrive, enabling all Nawakara personnel to move forward with renewed enthusiasm in facing future challenges and opportunities.
