Jakarta – As part of the 29th Anniversary celebration of PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara, the company presented the Best Employee Award 2025 to Nawakara personnel who have delivered outstanding contributions to the company’s growth. The awards were presented directly by President Director & CEO, Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto, at Nawakara Head Office on Saturday (9/11/2025).
This year’s awards were especially meaningful, as the selection process was conducted personally by the President Director & CEO, using objective assessments based on performance, dedication, impact of contribution, and exemplary behavior aligned with the company’s culture.
Awards were presented across five categories.In the Customer Value Champion Award category, the recipients were:
Hendra from Project Baker Hughes Indonesia Comrel Service,
Bandung Nugroho from Project ITA Site Malaka,
Andreas Magang Perang from Project Freeport Mining Site Papua, and
Timor Ranto from Project SMGP Security Service,for their strong commitment to delivering excellent service and creating added value for customers.
In the Collaborative Service Excellence Award category, awards were presented to Edi Susanto, General Manager Office Jakarta, and Ade Priatna, Project Leader PLN-UPT Plant Cilegon, for demonstrating exceptional collaboration and service integration that enhances operational effectiveness.
The Creative Growth Achiever Award was given to Adithya Wicaksana, Sales West – Account Management, for displaying creativity and contributing to the company’s business growth.Meanwhile, the Fortress Firewall Award was presented to Valentinus Alfa Dionny, IT Operation Department Head, for ensuring the security, resilience, and reliability of the company’s information technology systems.
The final category, Inspiring Change Leader Award, was awarded to Ermansyah, Chief Operation Officer, in recognition of his transformative leadership that inspires and drives positive change within Nawakara.
In his speech, President Director & CEO Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto expressed deep appreciation to the award recipients and delivered an inspiring message to all employees.
“This award is not just a form of appreciation, but a reflection of the dedication, integrity, and real contributions that have helped Nawakara continue to grow. This year, I personally selected the award recipients to ensure that the values of exemplary leadership truly resonate and inspire all Nawakara employees. May this achievement ignite our collective spirit to continue creating, innovating, and giving our best for the company and our customers,” he said.
Meanwhile, Ermansyah, recipient of the Inspiring Change Leader Award, also conveyed his gratitude and shared an inspiring message.
“I dedicate this award to the entire team and the big Nawakara family. Inspiring leadership does not stand alone—it grows from collaboration, sincerity, and the courage to change. Let us continue moving forward together, leading Nawakara toward a more sustainable, relevant, and accomplished future,” he stated.
