Pekanbaru, February 26, 2025 – One of PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara’s security personnel, Renaldi, received special recognition for his preparedness in handling a fire emergency that occurred on the 5th floor of the Surya Dumai Building on February 18, 2025.
The award was presented directly by Mr. Yoyok S. Purwanto, Area Manager of EMP Bentu Limited, on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, during the National Occupational Safety Month 2025 event at the Labersa Water Park, Pekanbaru.
Renaldi’s quick and responsive action occurred around 01:25 AM WIB when a fire was detected in the pantry area on the 5th floor of the Surya Dumai Building, originating from a dispenser. Thanks to his collaboration with the building’s technical and engineering team, the fire was extinguished promptly before it could spread to other areas such as the cabinets, kitchen set, and walls.
As a form of appreciation for his swift actions, Renaldi received a certificate of recognition and a souvenir, symbolizing the acknowledgment of his role in maintaining workplace safety.
This action demonstrates that PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara personnel not only carry out their routine security duties but are also prepared to face emergencies and act quickly to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
